What do we know about the people who lived and ruled Tallinn in the Middle Ages?
The medieval merchant's house at 17 Vene Street was the home of the great merchant and mayor Hans Viant 500 years ago. The former owner of the merchant's house, the fascinating Middle Ages and life in this period are the subject of a guided tour at Tallinn City Museum.
The tour starts in front of Vianti's home. We will continue through the Old Town - walk through historic streets and see the most important buildings associated with Hans Vianti's life. We will end the tour with a workshop where everyone can design their own Vianti's wealth mystery man!
The tour is led by Edward Kirk.
The tour lasts about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
