Health Day programme

 11.00-18.00 Health street. 12 different types of health measurements, which help to prevent cardiovascular diseases (blood pressure measurement, organism CO content measurement, body fat measurement, blood sugar measurement, cholesterol measurement, bone density measurement, haemoglobin measurement, evaluating the state of the retina, lung test VEF1, intraocular pressure measurement, digital foot testing, capillary research and light therapy). Health information materials are handed out and a health quiz is held on the health street. (Towers’ Square)

 11.00-18.00 Amusement Park at the Children’s Area with fun carousel rides or jumping and climbing possibilities on trampolines. A play corner open during the whole day (board games, bubble blowing, face painting, balloon modelling and dances). Little Tom & Friends play tricks and conduct a quiz.
 12.00-17.00 Animation Tent is the place for personally making cool cartoons – in addition to learning the secrets of animation production, you’ll learn to know the road network and history of the Old Town. The produced movies take part in a competition and top three are awarded with a surprise award! Voting takes place on the FB page of the “Vanalinna päevade animatelk” event.
